Introducing Kim Boswell, NLN Volunteer Landcare Facilitator!

The National Landcare Network is excited to introduce Kim Boswell to the team, as Volunteer Landcare Facilitator!  Kim brings extensive experience in both local and global community engagement and Landcare. Kim will be working alongside Jen Quealy to support states and territories in increasing volunteer participation in Landcare activities and to assist in building meaningful partnerships and facilitating knowledge exchange across the diverse network of Landcare communities.

Kim’s involvement in Landcare began in 2009 following the Black Saturday bushfires when she returned home to Australia and took on a Landcare Facilitator role. Kim brings extensive global expertise in community engagement, volunteer program management and fundraising to Landcare. She has raised nearly $1 million for Landcare initiatives, recruited 1000s of volunteers, launched innovative projects like Landcare for Singles & Community Leaders Academy. She has supported countless groups with strategic planning, facilitation, resource creation and workshops at national, state, and local levels, blending her global experience with a deep commitment to the Australian landscape.
