National Landcare Operations Manager
Location: Canberra | Part-time (30 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance and operational strategy
- Oversee HR, finance, and risk management
- Coordinate national events and Board activities
- Foster collaboration across our vibrant network
Salary: $112,000 – $118,000 (pro-rata)

National Landcare Program Delivery Manager
Location: Canberra | Part-time (30 hrs/week, Tues–Fri)

Are you detail-oriented, purpose-driven, and passionate about environmental stewardship? This role leads the coordination and reporting of key national initiatives, working closely with our State and Territory peak body members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic efforts in grants management, performance monitoring and impact reporting
- Collaborate with State and Territory peak bodies to collect and deliver high-quality data
- Support advocacy and policy engagement
- Drive strategic program delivery aligned with NLN’s mission and our membership objectives
Salary: $115,000 – $121,000 (pro-rata)
