How to Draft an MOU Webinar

November 6 @ 12:45 pm - 2:00 pm AEDT
$49 – $85

Working with other organisations can be a great way to share knowledge, reduce costs, or broaden your reach.  A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is one way for not-for-profits to work together and typically sets out a framework of that collaboration. But when should you use an MOU and what clauses do you include?

This webinar is an interactive how-to guide for drafting an effective MOU.  You’ll come away more confident in how to use our handy MOU template or draft your own.

We’ll cover:

  • What is an MOU
  • When to use an MOU, and when not to
  • Is an MOU legally binding?
  • What your MOU should cover, including a guide to key common clauses

You’ll receive:

  • 75 minutes of plain-language training from a lawyer
  • Copy of webinar recording (accessible for 3 months) and slide handout
  • Information on further resources and support

Who should attend:

Board members and staff of not-for-profit organisations who are considering drafting or revising an MOU

Can’t make it live on the day? That’s ok! Everyone who registers receives the post-webinar email containing the recording, slide handout and other information and resources, so you can catch up whenever it suits you.

Registrations close at 12:00pm AEST on the day of the webinar.

Cost

$49 – $85 per person
$199 group pass – up to 5 people from one organisation
